Valentine's Day Dinner Ideas!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! I just finished watching Serendipity on Bravo. I love how sometimes you forget how much you like a movie until you catch it randomly on TV again. Now I'm not going to argue that this is the best romantic movie out there (there are much better ones) but it is a good one and it definitely got me feeling that love is in the air.

So anyone who knows me can attest to the fact that I am no cook. There are a few simple dishes that I can make well, watch for my Wheatberry Salad recipe on Sunday, but for the most part I thank God or life for giving me my soon-to-be husband because he is definitely the cook in our little family.
